Top of the Pack is a service of Ashecorp, LLC, doing business as Top of the Pack, 4000 Faber Place Dr Ste 300, Charleston SC 29405-8587, run by Charles Ashe.
Top of the Pack provides local-presence research and findings. Sending an inquiry requests a conversation. It does not buy a service, accept a paid plan or authorize changes to your website or business profile.
Before work starts, we agree the scope, access, approvals, deliverables and any price in writing. A free pilot requires its own written agreement. The site does not enroll you in a retainer.
We record what we checked and when. Search results can vary by place and time. We do not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, sales or a platform's response. A QA review reports findings against its stated scope; it is not certification or legal advice.
You confirm the business facts and materials you ask us to use and that you may share them. We use account access only for agreed work. You approve each proposed publication or account change before we carry it out.
Backbrief website work has a separate scope and agreement. TOP intake does not purchase Backbrief software or include an automatic website rebuild. Each brand's published offer remains separate.
